Our Rules & Regulations
There are some rules and regulations that are followed in the Green Box Turf & Cafe, which are explained as follows: It is to ask you to read and follow these policies in order to prevent any accidents from happening and to make sure that all guests have a good time. Thank you for your cooperation, let’s make this a visit to remember.
DO's
- Only regular sports shoes with rubber soles are allowed.
- The team should be present at the ground 15 minutes before booking time.
- If the booking time exceeds 10 minutes, then charges for 30 minutes will be applicable.
- Clean all footwear before getting onto the Green Box Turf.
- Children under the age of 8 must be supervised by an adult.
- Guests must stay within their booked area at all times.
- Report any dirt, debris or damage to staff immediately.
- Wear all necessary protective gear while playing any sport.
DON'Ts
- Sports shoes with studs or spikes of any kind are not allowed on the Green Box Turf
- Guests are not allowed to hang, hold or rest on the nets.
- Guests must not use the facility in the absence of proper lighting.
- Spitting will not be tolerated on or around the premises.
- Smoking or chewing gum is not permitted on the premises.
- Glass containers are not permitted on the premises.
- Consumption of food or liquids other than water is not allowed in or around the play area.
- No littering. Please ensure all trash is disposed in the bins provided.
- Before leaving the premises, please return all equipment provided by us.
- We have a zero tolerance policy on abusive behavior of any kind towards our staff. If any customer abuses our staff we will cancel that booking with immediate effect.
- If one player abuses our staff we will take away the group booking. It is therefore up to you to communicate this to your group to ensure that our staff does not receive any type of abuse.
